User support for a large manufacturing multinational

Client

A manufacturing multinational headquartered in Switzerland with 5000+ employees and over 1M CHF in revenue.

Context

Adele is the BI Lead of this large company and she was given the task to deploy Tableau for the whole company, over 15 sites in different countries and all product lines. She needs to ensure governance and promote adoption.

Projects

Team Argusa helped Adele and accompanied the company throughout its Tableau journey for a period of 3 years. This included:

• Trainings from basic to advanced for > 200 users
• Administration and deployment of the corporate Tablau Server with over 1000 users
• Animation of the community (e.g. Tableau Day)
• Development of several dashboarding projects
• Design and implementation of the governance

Results

Adoption of the platform steadily increased with time and after a period of 3 years Argusa’s consultants owned about 60 dashboards over a total of 700 dashboard present on the server.
