As a Consultant at Argusa, you will deliver high-quality technical expertise to our clients. Given the diversity of our clients' IT ecosystems, you will gain a panoramic view of the Analytics and AI landscape while developing highly sought-after skills.
Your main tasks will include:
- Participating in BI, AI, or automation projects at client sites
- Delivering robust, customized solutions tailored to real-world use cases
- Preparing and demonstrating PoCs (proofs of concept) using partner tools
- Staying current with tech trends and maintaining expert-level certifications
Your profile:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Autonomous, pragmatic, and responsible
- Eager to learn and explore new technologies
- Adaptable and flexible in diverse client environments
The Non-negotiables:
- A Master’s degree (minimum); a PhD is preferred for the Consultant role
- Fluency in English (B2 or above)
- Fluency in French or German (B2 or above)
- Valid work authorization in Switzerland
- Swiss residency — this is an on-site position
Nice to have:
- SQL knowledge and experience
- Familiartiy with with Tableau or similar tools
- Knowledge of Machine Learning and AI tools

Applicants with a Master’s degree will be considered for the Junior Data Consultant role. Those with a PhD or prior relevant experience will be considered for the Data Consultant role.
