Context
Alina is a manager liaising between business and IT teams. She was charged with improving the performance of one of the most important dashboards at the company containing sales KPIs.
Projects and Results
Alina called Team Argusa to have an external view and have performance recommendations. A 7 days assessment was performed including:
- Full review of the Tableau Server environment from hardware to configuration to identify bottlenecks.
- In depth review of the sales dashboard. Improvements were proposed leading to a 60% improvements in loading time.
- Propositions to change processes to better integrate teams working of data sources and dashboards.
