Implementation of dashboards for an online boutique

A Swiss Online boutique with over 100 employees.
Context
Jean is the IT director of the retailer and want to modernise the way buyers and top management access data. Tableau was chosen and initial dashboards have to be set in place to monitor financial and stock KPIs.
Projects and Results
Team Argusa implemented 5 dashboards in 15 days. A Tableau Prep flow was also necessary to consolidate the data which was not directly exploitable due modelling issues. The dashboard are in production since 3 years and Argusa was contacted for 2 more dashboarding projects.
